The Sutton Mustangs topped the host Cross County Cougars volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lutheran-Northeast for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Sutton will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Elgin/Pope John (Elgin, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Fullerton (Fullerton, NE). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
