North Carolina High School Softball - Red Springs loses to East Columbus
April 10, 2019: Lake Waccamaw, NC 28450 The East Columbus Gators softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Red Springs Red Devils to 0 in the Gators league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, East Columbus improves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Gators host South Columbus (Tabor City, NC) to clash with the Stallions in a Three Rivers 1A/2A game on Friday, April 12. The Stallions come into the game with a record of 10-2. South Columbus won 20-0 in their recent league game against St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC)
In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the South Robeson Mustangs (Rowland, NC) in a Three Rivers 1A/2A game, on Thursday, April 11. Red Springs will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 2-9 record after their 13-7 league loss to West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC).
