Indiana High School Basketball - Rossville nips Tri-Central

January 10, 2019: Rossville, IN 46065

Rossville Hornets (Rossville, IN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), 42-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Rossville upgrades its record to 5-13 on the campaign. The Hornets host Taylor (Kokomo, IN) to play the Titans in a Hoosier Heartland bout on Tuesday, January 15. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 10-7.

Next up, the Trojans play the Elwood Panthers (Elwood, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 16. Tri-Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 4-15 record after their 79-64 league loss to Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN).
