Tennessee High School Basketball - Signal Mountain fells Coahulla Creek
November 29, 2023: Signal Mountain, TN 37377 Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA), 50-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Signal Mountain upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Eagles host Soddy Daisy (Soddy Daisy, TN) to play the Trojans in a 3A District 6 bout on Friday, December 1. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Soddy Daisy lost 50-47 in their recent non-league bout against Silverdale Academy (Chattanooga, TN)
Next up, the Colts play the Bremen Blue Devils (Bremen, GA) in a AAA Region 6 bout, on Friday, December 1. Coahulla Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 53-34 non-league win over Armuchee (Rome, GA).
