North Carolina High School Basketball - Robinson nips A.L. Brown

Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 64-62 in a league challenge.

With the victory, Robinson improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC) to confront the Vikings in a 4A Mecka challenge on Tuesday, February 3. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 19-1. North Mecklenburg won 70-52 in their recent league challenge against Hopewell (Huntersville, NC)

Next up, the Wonders confront the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) in a 4A Mecka challenge, on Tuesday, February 3. A.L. Brown will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 79-59 league win over Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC).
