In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Valley Vikings (New Kensington, PA) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Riverview Raiders (Oakmont, PA), by a final score of 11-0.

With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Vikings travel to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, PA) to battle the Vikings in a WPIAL 3A 3 challenge on Monday, May 10. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Mt. Pleasant lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Derry (Derry, PA)
