Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their baseball team gain a win over the host Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC), 11-1 in a non-league game.

The Lancers (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC). The War Eagles go into the non-league game with a 3-3 record.

The Lions (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Cary Academy (Cary, NC). The Chargers go into the non-league game with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Cary Academy beat Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC), 12-8, in a non-league challenge.
