Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Penn Kingsmen (Mishawaka, IN) and the host South Bend Clay Colonials (South Bend, IN), saw Penn's basketball squad hold off South Bend Clay by a tally of 64-60.

With the victory, Penn improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Kingsmen host Munster (Munster, IN) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 20. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Munster lost 65-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Crown Point (Crown Point, IN)

Next up, the Colonials confront the Hobart Brickies (Hobart, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 23. South Bend Clay will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Brickies come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 61-60 league win over Lowell (Lowell, IN).
