New Jersey High School Lacrosse - East Side drops to Nutley
May 14, 2024: Nutley, NJ 07110 Nutley Maroon Raiders (Nutley, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting East Side Red Raiders (Newark, NJ), 14-0 in a non-league test.
The Maroon Raiders now have a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Park Ridge for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 15. Nutley will face a Owls squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Waldwick (Waldwick, NJ). The Owls record now stands at 4-10.
In their next game, the Red Raiders face the Long Branch Green Wave (Long Branch, NJ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 18. East Side will attempt to move on its 3-12 season record. The Green Wave come into the test with a 0-14 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ).
