North Carolina High School Basketball - Word of God Christian Academy topped by Southeast Raleigh
January 13, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27610 The Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Word of God Christian Academy Holy Rams to 65 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garner for a 4A Greater Neuse River contest on Friday, January 19. Southeast Raleigh will battle a Trojans team coming off a 61-51 non-league loss to Green Level (Cary, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 9-6.
The Holy Rams (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against NC GBB Academy (Durham, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, NC GBB Academy prevailed over Wake County Academy HomeSchool (Raleigh, NC), 58-48, in a non-league contest.
