In Monday's non-league challenge, the Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) baseball squad the host Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), by a final score of 3-1.

With the win, Hopewell upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Titans travel to West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Hawks in a Queen City 3A/4A battle on Tuesday, April 9. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 4-7. West Mecklenburg lost 20-18 in their recent non-league battle against Berry (Charlotte, NC)
