New Jersey High School Softball - Hamilton gets by Conwell-Egan Catholic
April 20, 2024: Hamilton, NJ 08610 The Hamilton Hornets got by the visiting Conwell-Egan Catholic Eagles softball squad by a count of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Hornets (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ). The Falcons go into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Monroe Township nudged J.P. Stevens (Edison, NJ), 9-3, in a league battle.
The Eagles now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Archbishop Carroll for a Philadelphia Catholic battle on Tuesday, April 23. Conwell-Egan Catholic will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 20-1 non-league win over Germantown Friends (Philadelphia, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-0.
