Colorado High School Basketball - Hinkley crushes Northglenn

Hinkley Thunderbirds (Aurora, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northglenn Norsemen (Northglenn, CO), 71-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Hinkley upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Thunderbirds travel to Prairie View (Henderson, CO) to play the Thunderhawks in a 5A East Metro bout on Wednesday, February 10. The Thunderhawks go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Prairie View lost 67-66 in their recent league bout against Gateway (Aurora, CO)

Next up, the Norsemen play the Gateway Olympians (Aurora, CO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 8. Northglenn will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Olympians go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 67-66 league win over Prairie View (Henderson, CO).
