South Dakota High School Basketball - Red Cloud overwhelms Hill City
December 9, 2023: Pine Ridge, SD 57770 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Red Cloud Crusaders (Pine Ridge, SD) and the visiting Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD), saw Red Cloud's basketball squad wallop Hill City by a tally of 78-51.
With the victory, Red Cloud improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD) to confront the Wambdi in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 13. The Wambdi come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Tiospa Zina lost 51-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD)
Next up, the Rangers confront the New Underwood Tigers (New Underwood, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Hill City will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
