In Tuesday's non-league contest, the St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) lacrosse squad nipped the host Fitch Falcons (Groton, CT), by a count of 5-4.

Coming up next, the Cadets confront the Warde Mustangs (Fairfield, CT) in a Fairfield County-East contest, on Saturday, April 6. St. Joseph will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 3-0 record after their 17-4 non-league win over Westhill (Stamford, CT).
