Ohio High School Basketball - Highland can't hold off Utica
November 30, 2021: Utica, OH 43080 The Utica Redskins basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Highland Fighting Scots to 54 in the Redskins non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Redskins now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gilead Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 4.
The Fighting Scots (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ontario (Mansfield, OH). The Warriors come into the Mid-Ohio - Red contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Ontario was nudged by Huron (Huron, OH), 56-26, in a non-league contest.
