California High School Basketball - Pilibos crushes St. Monica Academy

Pilibos Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. Monica Academy Crusaders (Montrose, CA), 63-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pilibos upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Eagles host The Webb Schools (Claremont, CA) to play the Gauls in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 9. The Gauls go into the bout with a record of 2-3. The Webb Schools won 55-35 in their recent non-league bout against United Christian Academy (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

Next up, the Crusaders play the The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA) in a Heritage bout, on Tuesday, December 7. St. Monica Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Griffins go into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 48-35 league loss to Lancaster Baptist (Lancaster, CA).
