Indiana High School Basketball - Union ripped by Southside
February 19, 2011: Muncie, IN 47302 The Southside Rebels basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Union Rockets to 51 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Rebels now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Side for a non-league contest on Friday, February 25. Southside will meet a Archers team coming off a 80-54 non-league win over Adams (South Bend, IN). The Archers record now stands at 4-15.
The Rockets (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cowan (Muncie, IN). The Blackhawks enter the Mid-Eastern contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Cowan was routed by Monroe Central (Parker City, IN), 75-67, in a league contest.
