Texas High School Basketball - Weatherford knocked off by Rider
December 14, 2018: Weatherford, TX 76087 The Rider Raiders basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Weatherford Kangaroos to 38 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Raiders now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sweetwater for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 19.
The Kangaroos (0-13) will now prepare for their contest against San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Bobcats enter the 6A Region I District 3 contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, San Angelo Central ran past Seminole (Seminole, TX), 66-62, in a non-league contest.
