New Jersey High School Basketball - Lakeland Regional ripped by Wayne Hills
December 20, 2018: Wanaque, NJ 07465 The Wayne Hills Patriots basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Lakeland Regional Lancers to 15 in the Patriots league triumph on Thursday.
The Patriots now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perth Amboy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 26. Wayne Hills will meet a Panthers team coming off a 73-53 league loss to East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
The Lancers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ). The Rangers enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Wallkill Valley was routed by Hackettstown (Hackettstown, NJ), 59-54, in a league contest.
