November 18, 2023: Booneville, MS 38829 The Booneville Blue Devils basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Louisville Wildcats to 28 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Corinth for a non-league contest on Monday, November 20. Booneville will battle a Warriors team coming off a 68-22 non-league loss to Walnut (Walnut, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 0-4.
The Wildcats (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Leake Central (Carthage, MS). The Gators enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Leake Central ran past McAdams (McAdams, MS), 57-35, in a non-league contest.
