The Vilonia Eagles basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Marion Patriots to 45 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huntington for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Vilonia will battle a Raiders team coming off a 65-58 non-league win over Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 16-4.

The Patriots (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against West Memphis (West Memphis, AR). The Blue Devils come into the 5A East contest with a 6-4 record.
