In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Fort Hill Sentinels football squad scored a good 49-21 victory over the Oakdale .

In their next game, the Sentinels clash with the Mountain Ridge Miners (Frostburg, MD) in a Western Maryland match, on Friday, October 7. Fort Hill will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Miners enter the match with a 5-0 record after their 36-0 non-league win over Frankfort (Ridgeley, WV).

The (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Gwynn Park dropped by Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD), 43-0, in a non-league match.
