Nebraska High School Basketball - Medicine Valley ripped by Wauneta-Palisade

February 1, 2018: Wauneta, NE 69045

The Wauneta-Palisade Broncos basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Medicine Valley Raiders to 29 in the Broncos league triumph on Thursday.

The Broncos now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sutherland for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Wauneta-Palisade will meet a Sailors team coming off a 51-28 non-league win over Stapleton (Stapleton, NE). The Sailors record now stands at 10-6.

The Raiders (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Bertrand (Bertrand, NE). The Vikings enter the D1 District 11 contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Bertrand was routed by Cambridge (Cambridge, NE), 47-45, in a league contest.
