In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Ipswich Tigers football squad scored a close 35-32 victory over the Lowell Catholic Crusaders.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons (Tyngsborough, MA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, November 9. Ipswich will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Gryphons enter the match with a 1-8 record after their 30-24 non-league loss to Watertown (Watertown, MA).

The Crusaders (1-9) will now prepare for their match against Hamilton-Wenham Regional (South Hamilton, MA). The Generals enter the non-league match with a 0-10 record. In their last match, Hamilton-Wenham Regional was nudged by Arlington Catholic (Arlington, MA), 35-12, in a non-league match.
