California High School Football - Helix knocked off by Granite Hills

April 9, 2021: El Cajon, CA 92019

Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), 35-21 in a league test.

With the triumph, Granite Hills improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA) to battle the Lancers in a non-league test on Friday, April 16. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 4-0. Carlsbad won 49-0 in their recent league test against La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA)

With the loss, Helix drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA) to battle the Cougars in a Grossmont - Hills test on Friday, April 16. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-3. Steele Canyon won 34-17 in their recent league test against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA)
