New Jersey High School Basketball - Carteret knocked off by Nottingham
February 20, 2024: Hamilton, NJ 08619 The Nottingham Northstars basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Carteret Ramblers to 51 in the Northstars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Northstars now sport a 20-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brick Memorial for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 22. Nottingham will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 49-44 non-league loss to Wall Township (Wall, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-14.
The Ramblers (14-12) will now prepare for their contest against Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 15-8 record. In their last contest, Colts Neck ran past Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ), 52-39, in a non-league contest.
