Texas High School Basketball - West Mesquite overwhelms Conrad
November 16, 2021: Mesquite, TX 75149 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX) and the visiting Conrad Chargers (Dallas, TX), saw West Mesquite's basketball squad wallop Conrad by a tally of 48-16.
With the victory, West Mesquite improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Wranglers travel to North Forney (Forney, TX) to play the Falcons in a 5A Region II District 13 challenge on Tuesday, January 11. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 4-2.
Next up, the Chargers play the Richardson Eagles (Richardson, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 18. Conrad will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 42-36 non-league win over Pearce (Richardson, TX).
