May 2, 2023: Farmer City, IL 61842 Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL), 10-0 in a league test.
With the win, Ridgeview upgrades its record to 5-16 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn (Roanoke, IL) to battle the Rockets in a non-league test on Saturday, May 6. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 7-14. Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn lost 15-0 in their recent league test against Seneca (Seneca, IL)
With the defeat, Blue Ridge falls to 1-13 on the season. The Knights host Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL) to battle the Broncos in a Lincoln Prairie test on Wednesday, May 3. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 7-8. Cerro Gordo/Bement won 8-7 in their recent league test against Decatur Lutheran (Decatur, IL)
