North Carolina High School Basketball - Shelby crushes Monroe

February 25, 2023: Shelby, NC 28152

Shelby Golden Lions (Shelby, NC) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC), 60-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Shelby upgrades its record to 26-1 on the season. The Golden Lions travel to Salisbury (Salisbury, NC) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 28. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 24-3. Salisbury won 55-53 in their recent non-league bout against T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC)
