Maryland High School Baseball - Magruder can't hold off Poolesville
March 30, 2023: Poolesville, MD 20837 In Thursday's non-league game, the host Poolesville Falcons baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Magruder Colonels.
The Falcons (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Wolverines go into the Montgomery County 3A/2A game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Watkins Mill was edged by Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD), 28-0, in a non-league game.
The Colonels (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Damascus (Damascus, MD). The Hornets go into the Montgomery County 3A/2A game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Damascus tipped Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD), 19-0, in a non-league game.
