Minnesota High School Basketball - Eagan holds off Prior Lake
February 7, 2017: Prior Lake, MN 55372 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Eagan Wildcats (Eagan, MN) and the host Prior Lake Lakers (Prior Lake, MN), saw Eagan's basketball squad hold off Prior Lake by a tally of 80-73.
With the victory, Eagan improves its record to 5-14 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-8. Eden Prairie lost 81-77 in their recent non-league challenge against Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN)
Next up, the Lakers confront the Lakeville North Panthers (Lakeville, MN) in a South Suburban challenge, on Friday, February 10. Prior Lake will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 16-2 record after their 60-51 league loss to Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN).
