Ohio High School Basketball - Northeastern tops Northridge
December 30, 2021: Dayton, OH 45414 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Northeastern Jets (Springfield, OH) and the host Northridge Polar Bears (Dayton, OH), saw Northeastern's basketball squad knock off Northridge by a tally of 54-39.
With the victory, Northeastern improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Jets travel to Catholic Central (Springfield, OH) to play the Irish in a Ohio Heritage challenge on Tuesday, January 4. The Irish come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. Catholic Central won 55-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Emmanuel Christian Academy (Springfield, OH)
Next up, the Polar Bears play the Milton-Union Bulldogs (West Milton, OH) in a Three Rivers challenge, on Friday, January 7. Northridge will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
