The Powhatan Indians topped the visiting Cosby Titans basketball team by a final score of 60-45 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Manchester Lancers (Midlothian, VA) in a Dominion game, on Tuesday, January 18. Powhatan will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Lancers enter the game with a 8-2 record after their 61-41 league win over Bird (Chesterfield, VA).

With the defeat, Cosby moves to 6-4 on the campaign. The Titans host Wythe (Richmond, VA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Dominion battle on Tuesday, January 18. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 0-5.
