December 21, 2021: Centerville, IA 52544 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Grinnell Tigers (Grinnell, IA) and the host Centerville Big Reds/Redettes (Centerville, IA), saw Grinnell's basketball squad wallop Centerville by a tally of 62-31.
With the victory, Grinnell improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Indianola (Indianola, IA) to confront the Indians in a Little Hawkeye challenge on Tuesday, January 4. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Indianola won 61-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Carlisle (Carlisle, IA)
Next up, the Big Reds/Redettes confront the Fairfield Trojans (Fairfield, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 3. Centerville will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 55-42 league win over Keokuk (Keokuk, IA).
