Iowa High School Volleyball - Prince of Peace Prep crushed by Maquoketa Valley
September 7, 2023: Clinton, IA 52732 The Maquoketa Valley Wildcats topped the host Prince of Peace Prep Irish volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Wildcats now have a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central City for a Tri-Rivers - Valley test on Thursday, September 14. Maquoketa Valley will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to South Hardin (Eldora, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-5.
The Irish (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Midland (Wyoming, IA). The Eagles enter the Tri-Rivers - Valley test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Midland was knocked off by Edgewood-Colesburg (Edgewood, IA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
