Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Riverhead Blue Waves (Riverhead, NY) and the visiting Connetquot T-Birds (Bohemia, NY), witnessed Riverhead's softball squad tip Connetquot by a count of 6-0.

The Blue Waves now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Walt Whitman for a non-league match on Saturday, April 22. Riverhead will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Lindenhurst (Lindenhurst, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.
