Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Harmony Eagles (Big Sandy, TX) and the host Big Sandy Wildcats (Big Sandy, TX), saw Harmony's basketball squad overcome Big Sandy by a tally of 75-61.

With the victory, Harmony improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX) to confront the Red Devils in a 3A Region II District 13 challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 15-1. Chapel Hill won 79-31 in their recent non-league challenge against New Diana (Diana, TX)

Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Ore City Rebels (Ore City, TX) in a 2A Region III District 21 contest, on Tuesday, December 19. Big Sandy will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Rebels come into the contest with a 4-8 record after their 56-37 non-league loss to Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX).
