Florida High School Basketball - Lake Brantley tipped by Lyman
November 25, 2014: Longwood, FL 37250 The Lyman Greyhounds basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Lake Brantley Patriots to 59 in the Greyhounds league triumph on Tuesday.
The Greyhounds now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hagerty for a 8A District 2 contest on Monday, December 1. Lyman will meet a Huskies team coming off a 71-35 league win over DeLand (DeLand, FL). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.
The Patriots (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Apopka (Apopka, FL). The Blue Darters enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Apopka was nudged by Liberty (Kissimmee, FL), 51-48, in a non-league contest.
