Georgia High School Baseball - Eastside loses to Pike County
February 19, 2022: Zebulon, GA 30295 The Pike County Pirates crushed the visiting Eastside Eagles baseball team by a count of 13-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitewater for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 19. Pike County will face a Wildcats team coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Eagles face the Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 22. Eastside will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Red Raiders enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Franklin County (Carnesville, GA).
