With the victory, La Porte upgrades its record to 21-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX) to play the Patriots in a 5A Region III District 22 challenge on Tuesday, January 18. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 15-7. Goose Creek Memorial won 83-37 in their recent league challenge against Ball (Galveston, TX)
Next up, the Tornadoes play the Friendswood Mustangs (Friendswood, TX) in a 5A Region III District 22 challenge, on Tuesday, January 18. Ball will attempt to upgrade on its 11-13 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 64-45 league loss to Texas City (Texas City, TX).
