New Jersey High School Basketball - Passaic ripped by Montclair
January 8, 2009: Passaic, NJ 07055 The Montclair Mounties basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Passaic Indians to 31 in the Mounties league triumph on Thursday.
The Mounties now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bayonne for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 10. Montclair will confront a Bees team coming off a 75-16 league win over Snyder (Jersey City, NJ). The Bees record now stands at 4-2.
The Indians (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dickinson (Jersey City, NJ). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Dickinson was routed by St. Dominic Academy (Jersey City, NJ), 55-20, in a league contest.
