Oregon High School Basketball - Cove crushes Elkton
December 1, 2023: Cove, OR 97824 Cove Leopards (Cove, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Elkton Elks (Elkton, OR), 46-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cove upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Leopards host Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR) to play the Rockets in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Pilot Rock lost 69-41 in their recent non-league bout against Enterprise (Enterprise, OR)
Next up, the Elks play the Wallowa Cougars (Wallowa, OR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Elkton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 37-24 non-league win over Prairie City (Prairie City, OR).
