New Jersey High School Basketball - Dayton fells Brearley
February 8, 2022: Springfield, NJ 07081 Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Brearley Bears (Kenilworth, NJ), 43-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dayton upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ) to clash with the Crimson in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 10. The Crimson go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Morristown-Beard won 35-32 in their recent non-league bout against Academy of St. Elizabeth (Convent Station, NJ)
Next up, the Bears clash with the Linden Tigers (Linden, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 9. Brearley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 44-26 league loss to Union (Union, NJ).
