April 20, 2024: West Salem, OH 44287 Northwestern Huskies (West Salem, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Plymouth Big Red (Plymouth, OH), 12-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Northwestern upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Huskies travel to Rittman (Rittman, OH) to battle the Indians in a Wayne County Athletic test on Tuesday, April 23. The Indians come into the test with a record of 4-6.
With the defeat, Plymouth falls to 5-5 on the season. The Big red travel to St. Paul (Norwalk, OH) to battle the Flyers in a Firelands test on Monday, April 22. The Flyers come into the test with a record of 8-4. St. Paul won 25-6 in their recent non-league test against Danbury (Lakeside, OH)
