Michigan High School Basketball - Phoenix tops Central Academy
February 9, 2024: Ann Arbor, MI 48104 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Phoenix Falcons (Kalamazoo, MI) and the host Central Academy Falcons (Ann Arbor, MI), saw Phoenix's basketball squad knock off Central Academy by a count of 37-22.
With the victory, Phoenix upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Ypsilanti (Ypsilanti, MI) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Ypsilanti lost 37-23 in their recent league challenge against Adrian (Adrian, MI)
Next up, the Falcons play the Eastern Quakers (Lansing, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Central Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
