Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lancers confront the Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT) in a Southwest - Colonial challenge, on Saturday, October 21. Notre Dame Catholic will attempt to better on its 12-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT).
