California High School Basketball - Concord nips Bentley
December 2, 2022: Concord, CA 94521 Concord Minutemen (Concord, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bentley Phoenix (Lafayette, CA), 43-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Concord upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Minutemen travel to Castlemont (Oakland, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Castlemont lost 63-46 in their recent non-league bout against Kelseyville (Kelseyville, CA)
Next up, the Phoenix play the Marin Academy Wildcats (San Rafael, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Bentley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 70-65 non-league win over More (San Jose, CA).
