Missouri High School Basketball - Marceline knocked off by Trenton
December 5, 2023: Trenton, MO 64683 The Trenton Bulldogs basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Marceline Tigers to 38 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chillicothe for a non-league match on Friday, December 8. Trenton will face a Hornets team coming off a 43-34 non-league win over Smithville (Smithville, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 4-0.
With the defeat, Marceline moves to 0-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Schuyler County (Lancaster, MO) to face the Rams in a Lewis & Clark match on Thursday, December 14. The Rams enter the match with a record of 3-2.
