In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Oil City Oilers football squad scored a big 44-7 victory over the Corry Beavers.

In their next game, the Oilers clash with the North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. Oil City will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Grape Pickers enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 42-2 league win over Girard (Girard, PA).

The Beavers (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA). The Huskies enter the District 10 Region 5 match with a 0-2 record.
